Welcome! I’m so happy you’re here! My name is Cate and I’m a wife, mother, teacher, and runner. I dream of one day running the Boston Marathon, growing this blog to encourage other women, and building a community of moms and women who support each other in their faith, fitness, and healthy lifestyles.

My health journey is probably similar to yours: yo-yo dieting, guilt and punishment, self-loathing, and feeling out of touch with my own body. I finally got sick of feeling like I wasn’t enough, and I grew tired of all the magazines and media feeding that monster. After having three kids, I decided I wasn’t going to stand for it anymore.

I know what its like to struggle with body image and want to live a healthy life. I started Believe – Run – Thrive as a place where moms could go to be encouraged in their faith, inspired in their fitness, and gain knowledge on how to live a healthy balanced life.
